outsourcing

interesting audit of Apple parts suppliers:

Apple also said it found instances of involuntary labor, mainly the result of suppliers that subcontract with labor agencies to hire workers from countries including the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

"involuntary labor" - what an interesting euphemism for SLAVERY

this is what outsourcing brings...you like your IPhone, IPod, IYouNameIt?...you like it was built by slave labor?

America needs to address this whole outsourcing problem and all its related ailments and get us back in the direction of American jobs making American products...anyone ever heard of a tariff?

Apple exposed...but how many other "American" companies are playing the same rotten game?
